     Personal and Professional branding is very important for social media professionals and people who want to dive into the world of social media as a career. Your personal brand focuses on you and who you are as a person, this could include your personality, the things you like to do, etc. It is important to establish a personal brand to create an image for people. 

    There are many different ways to establish your brand. You can keep everything consistent; associate yourself with certain people, events, and companies; be unique; create a strategy; or become known for a very specific thing. Many YouTubers tend to use being unique and being known for a very specific thing to build their following and brand. 

    There are also many different types of personal brands that you can adopt. Bryan Kramer created a way of distinguishing six of these personas. These six types of pesonas are Selective, Altruist, Careerist, Connector, Boomerang, and Early Adopter.
